Restore Pro: Settings → Pro → Restore purchases.

Before changing phones: Settings → Archive / backup → Export archive. Keep the file outside your phone. Import it with Import archive on the other device.

Deleting a project is not secure erasure: local undo and a recovery copy can retain data.
